H.A.N.D.S. Belize Foundation is a membership organization and is currently undergoing a membership drive. The residents of the constituency, as well as Belizeans at home and abroad, are encouraged to become members.

There is membership fee of $20.00 per year. However, those who can afford it are encouraged to make larger contributions.
